I originally posted this in another thread, but then realized it really belonged in this section of the board.

I have to say that I am surprised at some of the posts today about Dennis' claims that Nanette is heavily into drugs. From what was posted, it seems that some of you are more than willing to believe the known liar Dennis when he says Nanette abuses drugs. Why you take his word for this, when you also state that he is a liar and fraud and so he can't be trusted, is beyond me. I thinks someone even posted something to the effect of "when a known drug user like Dennis accuses someone else of abusing drugs, that is pretty damning evidence." Really? It is?

Is Nanette using drugs? I don't know and neither do you. I am not willing to take the word of a man who has been caught in lie upon lie and thinks nothing of illegally taping phone conversations he has with LE. IIRC, it was also suggested that some agency should go to Nanette's house and check on her children. Based on what? The claims of Dennis Kaufman?

I know that in the past we would joke about Dennis' alleged drug use, Nanette's and even HS' alleged drug use. I did it too. It seemed funny at the time. After reading the posts today, it suddenly struck me that it isn't funny or responsible to make accusations about people's drug use if we have no proof. We found this board and continue to post at this board to state the truth and expose the lies these three people have made and continue to make. We are no better than they are if we make accusations and have no proof.

And this is really my fault. I am the moderator and should have been more responsible in the past when joking about the drug use started, but I wasn't thinking and liked reading the funny posts people would make. I made some of my own. But after thinking today about Nanette being a mother and how false accusations of drug use by a neighbor or ex could harm her and her children, I came to realize that our commenting about people's alleged drug use and joking about it should stop.

So, please, no more accusations on our part or jokes by us about drug use.

If Dennis posts Nanette uses drugs, or Nanette posts Dennis does drugs, or HS tweets someone does drugs, of course you can post those statements, since you would merely be quoting what one of them said. And you can laugh or joke about what they said, but don't post anything that suggests you are also saying they are drug users.

I thought it might be good to put them all in one spot. I know every now and then I want a good laugh, but am not sure where the various songs are posted. Now we can put them all in one spot for easy finding. I know Stepdaddy made a few, but forget where they were posted. Did anyone else make any?

This is a thread dedicated to predicting the future of the 3 Stooges: 1) Dennis Kaufman. 2) Nanette Barto. 3) Harriette Sucher.

We know a lot about their past & present (blech!). Mad Harriette has been BANNED from tons of organizations and websites, including her obsessive Twitter, for stalking and libelous activities. Barto continues trying to pin TONS more famous, unsolved serial killings on her idol, "boogie-man Jack". And Conman Kenny's "My stepdad was the Zodiac!" schtick has gone mostly flaccid the last year or so.

But where will each of them be in a week- a month- a year, or longer? What will they be doing?

Will Kauf-O marry his fellow con-artist, scramble-brained, meth princess, Barto?

Will they both get busted for meth sales while on their honeymoon?

Will any of the 3 Stooges be officially sued for libel 'for all they're worth'? (which ain't much.)

Will Non-ette be fired or banned for malpractice as "The World's Worst Document Examiner"?

Anyone's guess is as good as another's, but it ought to be fun to speculate and see which, if any of our predictions come true.

This I believe is my last post here. Harden family was with the Occupation of Alcatraz. Both San Francisco Examiner & SF Chronicle knew about plans many Native American leaders had for Alcatraz. Local politicians and businessmenm knew, too. Belli knew Indian/US law, SF Chronicle cub reporter Findley knew and threw a Halloween Party 10/69....it's all online when you look up the right names. Members of my family & their friends took part of Occupation Alcatraz which was about saving lives, lands, heritage, culture. Much of it was also about, despite they being here first, sharing in the American Dream of rights to jobs and more that included making it o.k. to say you are part if not full Indian blood. The latter was something that media, government mistreatment, for centuries had helped create a misnomer that Native American people were nothing but brainless, heartless, bloodthirsty savages who couldn't be tamed and must be conquered and done away with.

If you think Civil Rights applied to the Indians who were here first, think again as those rights laws were based on what US Govt did by bringing slaves here to lands already run of people with their own laws and various types of nations for millennias. Those first americans had USA & laws built on top of them. 5600+ people, including celebrities can't all be team Zodiac. They all had and still do have FBI files on them. Since symbols appear to be mostly Indian related and Jack wrote the letters, this includes FBI files on him and anyone he associated with him. Dennis Kaufman has been led by the nose all along. Not a single one of them was a murderer but they did fight for what they believed in. It's a shame that maybe 100s of people know the truth about the real Zodiac Killer but many people wish to keep burying it. He was not, NOT a serial killer nor a murderer. IT DEPENDS ON THE LAW and reasons why someone died. The Indians here first knew & know the laws, Belli knew this and so does the FBI & Congress who helped shaped US Govt laws along with Indian tribal laws (some around 100s of years). My family attorney was William Bernstein and he was in the Belli group, so, I do know something about this side of Belli!

This enigma of a madman serial killer was dreamed up by people associating with Hollywood. It will be a cold day in hell when FBI or LE says Jack Tarrance was responsible for murder but they may at some point say he was responsible for some deaths. Meanwhile all of you can continue to chase the dream of a madman serial killer while those of us who had family & friends involved with saving lives during the 3 THREE Indian Occupations of Alcatraz will be going on the trail of cipher symbols from California to New Mexico. Dennis and Nanette: you and all who read this MB esp those who took part in the Indian Occupations of Alcatraz (I heard you are checking this MB) are more than welcome to come with a group of us documenting the symbols in 2012, what they mean to the Indians that Jack so did respect. Dennis, you don't know that you were making history by just being a kid born to an Indian by law woman and going to public school as the newspapers, who covered stories on Civil Rights Movement, refused to cover what it was like to be born Indian under America. Many rights that you take for granted today couldn't have happened for you, Dennis, without what Red Power, American Indian Movement and Indians of All Tribes and all their supporters, did 1960s to early 1970s. Until the FBI/LE and/or Congress officially declare the Zodiac cases closed, there will always be a Zodiac Killer case overseer as the FBI has been the big brother watching over the Indians in any way shape or form because USA took over their lands. It is a matter of National Security to do what they believe is right, under the law, to protect the sanctity of this country. The are the big brother who still watches over who took part of Indian Occupation of Alcatraz and the other occupied lands like Rattlesnake Island Clearlake, the 1970 Seattle Fort where combat broke out. This Big Brother activity includes even kids like me who played and ate with kids of proud to state they were Indian blood parents that took part in Indian Occupation Alcatraz 1969-1971. Who knew that sharing peanut butter & jelly sandwiches with Indian kids made me an enemy of the state? That's how bad it really was, Dennis & Nanette. Jack and people like him were fighting to change this. Good luck Dennis but I tell you the truth that Jack was not a murderer nor a serial killer and you are chasing a nightmare enflamed by Hollywood like it's done to people of Native American bloodlines for decades. Wow, catseye, I think I have heard it all. You almost glorify JT for his sick and twisted doings. I have never heard anyone say that a person who killed multiple people was not a serial killer.

Whether or not JT felt justified does not dismiss the multiple homicides that surrounds him, and when you kill many people using an MO that ties them together, then you are given the name of "serial killer."

There is no way around it, and you go on your hunt as if you have any chance in solving this case based on a theory. You almost had me going to Nevada, and look where that got you, "NOWHERE". Dennis and I will keep working with the facts as that is the only thing that can remotely begin to close these cases.

Catseye, even if you are right and JT was an Indian Avenger, there is no way to prove it. People will not listen to what you say to be fact because coming from you it will always be hearsay because JT is no longer alive to refute or confirm what you think he was all about.

Its kinda like all these people here on the message board trying to guess who and what you are all about. I guarantee they will never get you right as you can never get JT right!

Terry I don't agree with everything Catseye comes up with, and she does portray things as being facts when they are not. Catseye"s involvement in this case is what she does on the Internet. She makes it sound as if she is involved, but that is not the case. She lost credibility with me when she claimed that Fabians son was Tom Voigt. I do not agree with this new Indian theory at all. She makes it difficult for me because she shows support, but at the same time she makes it sound like I agree with her far out theories, but I do not. I appreciate your support Catseye but this is getting out of control.

Happy Anniversary of Kaufman's Lie, everyone! Like Dr. Doogie, I would be willing to meet on Saturday (July 16) at Fabians' or other places with people.

I think it would be great to get to know some of you and share stories, etc. Maybe even plan the main, August anti-Kaufman get-together. But I'll have to travel a couple hundred miles, so I hope it will be more than just a short 1-hour meal.

After months of promising to wrap up her cipher solves and put the final nail in JT's coffin (or exalt him to sainthood, not sure her true intention), YKW has posted her complete cipher solves.

I will personally come to your homes and beat the crap out of you if you go to her website to view it!

This page is dedicated to Dennis Kaufman, Nanette Barto and whomever have silently worked with them on the Jack Tarrance cases. It would not have been possible without Dennis Kaufman's resiliance and both Nanette Barto and his persistance. I was someone who knew I could help solve the Zodiac cases since 1995, if I just kept trying as I did witness something in over 20 years earlier. I finally found the right place to be in Dennis Kaufman's website on his late Stepfather Jack in 2008. But who knew why so much uphill battles in the process would be revealed in the ciphers symbols and Tarrance communications clues?

I hope that his page aids in closing the Zodiac Killer cases by getting people to understand the roots of the events that unfolded. My apologies to the victims but the revelations of the symbols Jack Tarrance use are what is seen through the Indians and how they were treated from the first Europeans here to now. By all accounts, it appears to me that JW Tarrance JR was an avenger who loved the Indian people, and married a woman from New Mexico with Chacoan Culture heritage. Jack may have been part Indian, as well and he witnessed what was going on in New Mexico during the Great Depression & WWII eras. The cipher symbols he used in Zodiac communications are Anasazi, Zuni, Puebloan, Apache, Cherokee, Navajo, Ancient Shoshone and more. But as revealed in above Black Dahlia evidence, whom he is best suspect in, there's Puebloan & Cherokee symbols, too. During the 1960s, there was the Civil Rights movement. But in California, there was also, Farm Workers issues, Native American awareness that spurred on events of taking back Alcatraz in 1964 where Indians occupied it for 4 hours and American Indian Movement made some waves. The main reason for this occupation was that upon closing Alcatraz in 1963, it had been declared Federal Surplus land and under an Indian Treaty this was supposed to go back to them but like many treaties, the government renegged on it's promise and SFPD, other Law Enforcement agencies forced them off their island. As the 1960s went on, songs reflecting Native American pride made the charts in San Francisco and other areas in USA. You didn't hear much on the national news about what Indians were doing as opposed to Civil Rights and war protests. You also didn't hear that the majority of Farm Workers, whom Cezar Chavez was helping to reform Farmworkers issues via protests and boycotts, that are Latino are also of Indian descent. You didn't hear that the Indians were among the first undocumented California Migrant workers, in the early 20th C, that picked the foods US citizens grew here for others across the nation to eat. You didn't hear about how 20th C tribal families experienced their children ripped from the home and forced to go to "Indian School" and these exploited kids were doing slave labor in New Mexico without anyone to represent them nor stop it. You didn't hear that if any of these undocumented working children were injured or died, they went unaccounted for. As the 1970s went on, there was a 2nd and longer Indian occupation of Alcatraz, events at Wounded Knee. There was the first Earth Day, lots of local news in California on things that indigenous people issues influenced in the late 1960s to early 1970s. There was an awakening in the truth about Indians, that after decades of research, their rock art and aboroglyphs were found not to be scribbled graffiti by savages but intelligent marks by Shamans and officials in a tribe. Because I was partly raised by a Cherokee family member, during my upbringing, I witnessed an open discussion amongst family & friends about a common government practice was that Indians had their languages and names taken from them with other languages such as English or Spanish taught to a renamed group of people with newly assigned family names. So, for me, I've known for decades that once the Europeans came and pioneers took over, they lost their names, their lands, their roots, their rights and the newcomers told them what they were, who they were and where they can live and how. So with this in mind, to my surprise, the Zodiac Killer cipher symbols reveal Native American cosmology as well as the brilliant cultures of a long, ignored and disrepected people. The Zodiac Killer communications as a whole contain many clues to areas that hold these symbols. But many are on sacred tribal lands, protected reservations,which are seperated by laws and customs, as well as National Parks and other US government controlled lands. The soveriegn nations of Indian reservations are under FBI jurisdiction but also the control of US Government, so, even though they have their own sovereignty, they are not truly free under the control of USA. The trail of Jack Tarrance clues and investigations also show that the USA has not dealt with the Native Americans fairly and keep stalling them on many issues. I believe that the US government has known all along what the original cipher symbols and symbols/clues in the Zodiac communications were as they have archived information that go back 100s of years. In my opinion, this could be why the FBI advised Dennis Kaufman to get people who could figure out the clues and help prove Tarrance was Zodiac but has stalled in the process of over 10 years. California local and State law enforcement jurisdictions are hindered by Native American soveriegnty and reservations where many cipher symbols are. Dennis Kaufman's mother is of Native American ancestry with roots to the Anasazi. So, he is largely of Indian blood. I believe Jack's family either sympathized with the Indians or he has Native blood in him, too. These facts of Kaufman's Indian heritage are a wall in the cases. These cases also show that those of us who are not decendants of Indian tribes, are the foriegners. The europeans who came here, conquered, pioneered and in the process disrupted many original inhabitants destinies by taking property and rights from them and what they brought here in the process. Non-native species of plants, animals and diseases came with the foriegners who occupied the lands of the New World. Many Native Americans still strive to get their lands back and many fight to keep their traditional way of life alive. Someday, maybe what is in between the borders of USA will have a new flag in each state containing the internationally recognized Native American symbol of the Thunderbird amongst the Red, White & Blue that represents all of us on this land that many refer to as the home of the brave and the land of the free. When the Thunderbird is weaved into the fabric, then the Stars & Stripes will wave with it flying in the air, thus representing all who have lived here, loved & have died for the land now USA. Someday, we will learn to respect the original inhabitants of the lands european ancestors took over and this, too, will be reflected in the way USA governs all of it's people. So, again, my apologies to the Zodiac Killer victims and their families for this revealing perspective but like many situations, it depends on laws and cultures, viewpoints of what a person like Jack did. In USA government laws, he may be a murderer but to some Native Americans and their tribal customs, laws and sovereignty, he may not be. In my humbled opinion, this may have been the whole point of Jack Tarrance who appears to me to be an anti- USA Government Indian avenger that you never really heard about because of our languages, our laws, our documentation and the treatment of all Native Americans, who have often gone unseen and remain unheard, until now. In my humbled opinion, our government doesn't want people to hear and see the truth of the original inhabitants like the Anasazi who figured out math, had civilized infrastructure and trade, knew astronomy, then had intelligent decendents who formed their own tribes. In my humbled opinion after years of Zodiac Killer research and in 2011 tracking down the original cipher symbols and then identifying them, they don't want people to know that without the areas of New Mexico atomic bomb research on sacred tribal lands and the Navajo and Apache, WWII wouldn't have been won. If you think the Indians aka Native Americans aka Indigenous People, which are the nicest politically correct terms they can be referred to and historically in the media have often been depicted as brainless, bloodthirsty savages, are free here in America with the same level of rights non-Indians have, then why do we still have Indian Reservations which are mostly from old Peace Treaties? It's when you see this through the eyes of an angry Indian, then you understand that by many accounts we are still at war with the original people and that Treaties with the USA are filled with broken promises with the US government still acting like the US Calvary coming to the rescue of the non-Indians when they try to make the US stand by their promises. Go and take a drive on an Indian Reservation, if you can, and see many places without plumbing, dirt roads to homes without electricity and 3rd world conditions that are below the USA standard for poverty level- ESPECIALLY in the Chacoan Culture region where Dennis Kaufman's mother's family is from. You'll see Indian lands once able to farm by, robbed of water for US cities and non-Reservation agriculture by dams and rerouting water systems. You'll see in the desert southwest, Indian land once fairly suitable to live on, now poisoned by toxins from agriculture, mining & military tests and the Native Americans are still expected to survive there. When you see this all through the eyes of an angry Indian, you may have a clearer perspective of why Jack Tarrance was motivated to do the crimes that he did. I am left to wonder if there still is a war going on with many Native American tribes that peacefully are fought in courts of US law and no one really talks about this? Jack Tarrance Project 1, found at JackTarrance.net, was based on the symbols and clues reproduced in papers and books, thus ink altering them as the Indians don't have alphabets, writing, printing and publishing. The only thing that came close was invented by Cherokee Guess aka Sequoyah. It's a syllabary system from the 1800s for Cherokee to read & write by. JT, was a brilliant cipher creator I believe was able to 2nd guess that this would happen. Then, people would see what the symbols look like such as JWTs, JTs, and see the Flovs (his mom's name Flova). I think Jack, the master cipher creator, knew we do get math from the heavens, that's why there are several symbols in publications that look like math ones. Jack was a brilliant mathematician who worked in the Atomic Energy field for GE. Here on this page are as close to the original symbols I could draw that are based on what the Hardens accurately depicted in the 3-Pt cipher and the shape of the cross/circle symbols Graysmith drew for his book "Zodiac". Best Clear Online Copy of Handwritten Deciphered 1 part of 3-Part Cipher 7/31/69

This is from a criminology book at a reference desk SF State University 1995 that, upon trying to take huge book across room, was told the public was barred from copying. A few days later, went there a 2nd time, saw no one at the desk, took the 1000s pages book to the nearby copier for a minute. This is the best online copy and if you look closely, you see the work done by Hardens for Vallejo Times-Herald cipher section, may have Cherokee Syllabary: B-looking symbol, forward P-looking symbol, possibly the R-looking symbol and forward D-looking symbol. Like I've been saying for months: THERE IS NO ALPHABET IN THE 3-Pt & 340 Ciphers and the Native American symbols I've seen for months, is the reason why.

See the above Zodiac Killer 1969 Cipher pictures of 340 & 3_Pt. They are what I am absolutely confident are the real Zodiac Killer symbols, thanks to Hardens correct depictions. I only had to do minor adjustments to them. LIKE THE 340, THERE IS NO ALPHABET despite the "A" looking symbol. That is an Arch and is seen at Hickison Petroglyph site but also various lands in the Chacoan Culture regions like Moab, UT, the Arches in New Mexico. Some of the Latin Alphabet looking symbols may be Cherokee Syllabrygrams. The 2 dark circles are the Lunar & Solar Eclipses of late 1960s (I saw them in San Francisco as a kid). There are no crescent moon here like the 340. This has several Miwok petroglyphs 4 dot square with dot for time of the star every 6 hours around polaris. MORE Details: The first symbol, a Triangle appears to be 16th c Dutch created Constellation Truangulum Australe for better Celestial Navigation (seen under Milky Way Constellation Norma). The Indians saw this in the sky, too. The R-looking symbol is slightly different and several other symbols vary from the 340. The G-looking symbol has line through it, so, probably the Homolovi Petroglyph panel with this symbol during Solstice. There's a scratched-like box for solar events scratched on plaster or wood by sun priest. Several wide H & I looking symbols which are peck hole Solstice & Equinox markers like that of INY272 Petroglyph site. Many of the same symbols here are in 340. Judging from what I see in this cipher, it's mostly Sierra Mountains Cal/Nevada to Nevada & part of Arizona. The 340 is Arizona to New Mexico. The 6/26/70 Letter/Cipher page appears to have Cibola National Forest Tijueras Pueblo along with JACK WLKER T. It's as-if it's a trail from California to Nevada to Arizona to Chaco Canyon New Mexico then south to Cibola . Upon seeing the mix of Indian symbols ancient to 1800s, I believe I'm seeing clues to what was going on in New Mexico region during Jack Tarrance & his wife Nora's lifetime that isn't a very, pretty truth that the the intelligent, talented, innocent and decent people of Indian heritage were getting savage treatment by USA government and pro-US government media as well as the long standing divisions by the origional occupiers of the land and those who took it over with this still occuring long into the 20th century.

These symbols link up to Zodiac Killer cipher symbols and clues: the pattern of the symbols lead to this reward cipher. But after reviewing details on Tijeras Pueblo Ruins, I can mix the Peek Thru Pines Card in, too. So, June 26, 1970 has the town of Omega, "part of fortune" symbol and Omega is on the way to Tijeras which is in Cibola National Forest. Cibola is the Lost City of Gold the Spanish Explorers were looking for and ended up in what is now New Mexico. Excellent video online: Derelect Epistle: Tijeras Pueblo Ruins, shows the whole area. The clues in Peek Thru Pines Card are, buildings there look like some type of village and the Sandia Ranger Station & Tijeras Visitor Center look similiar to the buildings in the card,Tijeras is a Pueblo or village. Other clue is that holepunch & Galactic Center are positioned just like Chaco Canyon/Anasazi roots. The clues in Reward Cipher have: A-shape and Tijeras Ruins is in this shape with one side slightly longer than the other (See YouTube Video). U w/ a vertical line map symbol for mine and Tijeras has a "Peak Thru The Pines" Malachite mine viewing point. The Square shapes and Tijeras rooms are all square, not round. S-shape for Canyon/river/stream and Tijeras is in a Canyon, river not far & stream or wash goes thru it. The kiva partially colored in square for solstice/equinox events. Colored in triangle for map monument symbol and this archaeological site is a monument..4 rock map symbols as in a trail, Tijeras has trails & spots lined with rocks. The end of the trail has a grinding rock/boulder just like map symbol for rock at the end of the reward cipher. This cipher is the end of Jack Tarrance Zodiac Killer trail. The 3-Pt starts off with areas close to Northern California as-in Miwok symbols & more with the 340 & My Name Is, 6/26/70 & other clues going to parts of AZ/NV/CO/NM....it ends with this cipher. Does it mean we can find Donna Lass at Tijeras which has same basic rootword meaning as Tahoe? I hope so but at least there is the name of the spot that's in Donna Lass Cipher.

Study your US history and take notice that it's Constitution was based in part on the Cherokee Nation Constitution and then in the 1800s, USA wanted to wipe out the brilliant, civilized tribe Cherokee lineage. Then after Trail of Tears to Oklahoma & Indian Territory where 1000s died along the way, new treaties with the civilized tribes and the new Cherokee Nation hoped for their own state. It was to be Sequoyah mixed with many tribes in Indian Territory but USA broke promises, again, named it Arkansas and gave land away to pioneers, settlers. The Native Americans in Indian Territory were going to be part of the United States of America as a governed state, with a state constitution just like the others but reading and writing taught in Cherokee Syllabary, English to help peacefully assemiliate amongst the US citizens. USA wouldn't let this happen. The tribes were let down, again and many had to leave, some saw it as broken treaties. When you reneg on a peace treaty, anywhere in the world, it's often considered a resumation of war. Many Indians witnessed this circa 1900 act with rage and couldn't believe that despite their education, intelligence, and acceptance of the US ways, they who were the original people here, were not welcome.
